By accessing and using BetSignal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

BetSignal provides AI-powered football match predictions, betting analysis, and related tools. Our service includes:

• AI predictions and win probabilities
• Expected Value (EV) analysis
• Match statistics and data
• Accumulator (acca) suggestions
• AI chat and match summaries (premium)
• Betting market analysis

Important: BetSignal provides predictions and analysis tools only. We do not place bets on your behalf or guarantee any outcomes.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user only
• You must not share your account credentials

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our service.

Free Tier:

• 15 Tier 1 leagues
• 10 match detail views per day
• Basic predictions and EV badges
• AI accuracy dashboard

Premium Tier ($9.99/month or $79.99/year):

• All 48 leagues
• Unlimited match views
• Full EV calculations
• AI summaries and chat
• Premium betting markets
• Real-time updates

Billing:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

No Guarantees: While our AI predictions are based on extensive data analysis:

• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any prediction
• Football matches are inherently unpredictable
• External factors (weather, referee decisions, injuries) can affect outcomes
• Our AI learns and improves over time, but is not infallible

Data Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but:

• Data is sourced from third-party APIs (API-Football, RapidAPI)
• Odds data may have slight delays
• Match events are updated in near real-time but may not be instant

Our Content:

• All AI predictions, analysis, and proprietary algorithms are owned by BetSignal
• You may not scrape, copy, or republish our predictions without permission
• Our branding, logos, and design are protected trademarks

Third-Party Data:

• Match data is sourced from API-Football and RapidAPI
• Team logos and badges are property of their respective clubs
• We have appropriate licenses to display this data

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms
• Share your premium account with others
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Republish or resell our predictions commercially
• Abuse our free tier limits through multiple accounts
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BetSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any betting losses you incur
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Supabase, API-Football, etc.)
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Your use of BetSignal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Use of cookies and analytics
• Transfer of data to our service providers (Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, RevenueCat)

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Update our AI algorithms and prediction methods
• Adjust free tier limits if necessary

We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Courts of England and Wales (as a last resort)

BetSignal may display affiliate links to bookmakers (Bet365, William Hill, etc.). When you click these links and create an account, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the accuracy or independence of our predictions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
